Likely because you're not using http:// http:// / https:// https:// but it's a good note that it should give more information as well as it should redirect back with the error message on top.
Edit: or better yet, a little bit of javascript to catch it first. I'm really trying to use the minimal amount of JS possible.

- kranke155 2y agoThis is bad UX. people don’t use http anymore when writing urls.
