Well, the first part is true for any large company and the second is just an example of equivalent culty behaviour at those other companies.

- internet101010 2y agoThis explains the overly verbose documentation for every Microsoft product. Every possible exception that applies to 1% of installations is inserted as you go along, which makes it difficult to read.
