- tencentshill 2y agoHow are prices increasing? 5G modems have allowed broadband competition in previously monopolized markets. I now have the choice of 5 different providers, all capable of delivering 500mbps+ speeds, when before the only choice was Comcast alone.
- jerlam 2y agoI am guessing that many of these residents are locked into cable TV + internet packages, and believe that switching either is too difficult. Also, they're constantly sold faster and faster internet speeds despite little need for it.
