Personally I like https://mui.com/ https://mui.com/ a lot. There's also https://www.chakra-ui.com/ https://www.chakra-ui.com/ and https://ant.design/ https://ant.design/ (but Ant is Chinese, if that matters).
I think those are the big 3. There might be directories of smaller ones but I dunno any offhand.
