Same, but I feel like most people aren’t going to read it, and I’m unsure of its use when there may be no accountability for it. Especially considering responses can be automated “thanks for applying” and also take months for rejections.

See the thread at the bottom: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=42017716 It looks like that job posting gets repeated monthly, so the company name is building bad reputation, the poster can get blocked and if eventually they do need to hire someone it will likely bite them. It might not put many potential employees off, but it might well put investors off if they get the idea that the company has shockingly bad practices when they look into their brand.
