I really don’t know why I stumbled into the comments section on this particular article, but while I’m here I have to commend you on writing perhaps the most thoughtful and eloquent comment I have ever read on HN.
- Taek 2y agoAgreed, this is a "best of HN" class of comment.
- dang 2y agoAdded to https://news.ycombinator.com/highlights https://news.ycombinator.com/highlights! All: when you notice an exceptionally good comment, please let us know at hn@ycombinator.com so we can add it.
- readyplayernull 2y agoHey dang, would it be possible to add a "highlight" option hidden inside the timestamp like "vouch"?
- macintux 2y agoThere are some curious inclusions on that page, but the context link reveals that some highlights really aren't the comment, rather the discussion that it triggered. A "35 child comments" note or similar alongside the highlighted comments might encourage more browsing.
