The alternative theory is they are trumping up the numbers in a disingenuous way to make it sound better than it is.
- spacedcowboy 2y agoBut they're not "trumping" (which makes it sound as if they're making it up). They're just looking at - who is likely to upgrade. - target advertising at those people. Seems eminently sensible to me.
