I have been getting hit up by recruiters left and right over the past 4 weeks and my conversion on applications has increased ~3x.
For reference: I’m in Product and have mostly been working on Gen AI for the past ~4 years (gpt-2). While there has been stable demand, it has recently picked up quite a bit.
- jhickok 2y agoThis has been my experience as well. I think in a year I had maybe 2-5 recruiters reach out, and in the last 1-2 months it has been more or less every week.
