This is mostly poorly written gushing about a specific laptop, repeating a lot of Qualcomm's claims and specs without testing, criticism of x86 laptops that is mostly hyperbole (semi-true but not to the extent claimed here) and then noting that Windows still kind of sucks. A more important question is whether MS will truly commit here, or just half-ass this again.
