Any guide would probably be outdated in a month, unfortunately. It does seem like Claude is currently slightly ahead of ChatGPT, especially when it comes to to technical stuff. But will it still be ahead next week? Who knows. A more optimistic way of looking at it is that all of these tools are quite useful if you use them well, and pretty much all are better than what existed at all two years ago. So pick one that works for you and don't exhaust yourself trying to figure out what's currently "best".
