Personally i think that the idea of convicting a man for his thoughts is borderline crazy. User of child pornography need to be arrested, treated, flagged and receive psychological followup all along their lives, but sending them away for 25 years is lazy and dangerous because when he will get out he will be even worst than before and won't have much to loose.
