Nowhere do you have the right to drive into a human being, whether there's laws against jaywalking or not.
- jedberg 2y agoThat’s not what that means. It means you’re allowed to block their path. Everywhere else you must stop if you will block the path of a person. In NYC you do not. Of course you can’t run them down.
