'Sickening' Molly Russell Chatbots Found on Character.ai
- slau 2y agoFor context, 14 year old Molly Russell committed suicide back in '18 after consuming thousands upon thousands of suicide/self-harm/depression pages/articles on FB/IG etc. It is claimed it's the tech giants that pushed that content to her. Brianna Ghey was murdered in '23 by two 15 year olds. Character.ai is currently being sued by a mother whose 14 year old son committed suicide after falling in love with one of their AI chatbots.
