- andsoitis 2y agoThat’s not how productivity gains typically play out. Instead, the “saved” time (or ~5 hours in your example, assuming a 8 hour workday) can be used to increase output. So that would mean you still work 8 hours but get ~13 hours’s worth of output (8 + 5).
