Can confirm that, although it might be a different combination of issues in my case. I played it in a laptop, on Linux, through Proton. There's a certain driving scene that consistently slows and eventually freezes my computer, so haven't been able to finish the game. The weird thing is, it doesn't look like a resource-intensive game, but somehow it is. I've been waiting months and eagerly trying every game/proton update, and it still happens. Pity because it has been a really nice story-driven game so far.
