When he was competing, Michael Phelps famously ate something like 8,000 calories a day. How do we square this with the Exercise Paradox?
- Cthulhu_ 2y agoLikewise, heavy labour like idk, the crab fishing. I think the researches are skewed; by the sound of it, the physical activity of the people researched is normal / average for them. But the people in the comments compare with athletes doing their athlete thing, going well beyond what is normal for them.
