Scientists Were Wrong: Plants Absorb 31% More CO2 Than Previously Thought
- jfengel 2y agoThat would bode well if we could reduce our CO2 production. It suggests that the atmosphere might recover faster than previously thought. But thus far we've only increased CO2 production, and CO2 levels keep going up. That just makes it scarier: the CO2 levels increase despite the plants absorbing it more than we expected. That implies that it will be even harder than we thought to reduce emissions to the level of neutrality.
