The only car I've driven without power steering was my grandma's 1996 Fleetwood, and I recall turning that absolute aircraft carrier felt like I was trying to close a door on the Red October. Maybe others feel better, I'm honestly not sure.
- toast0 2y agoI'd be surprised if a 1996 Cadillac was available without power steering? That's a big luxury car, and not having power steering doesn't feel very luxurious. I see there is a power steering pump on parts searches, but reviews don't mention it, and the steering wheel in pictures doesn't look too big. If the power steering on that was inoperative (maybe the pump died or the fluid level was empty, etc), I'm sure it would be a beast to turn in a parking lot though.
