  True - then maybe we can consider to treat them as a delicacy to be enjoyed once a while instead of 3 times a day.

    That would not be consistent with human or any other animal's history on this planet (and I assume elsewhere, I'm waiting patiently waiting for us to make contact with aliens to confirm or debunk this). When something is delicious you eat as much of it as you can until it's gone and thanks to the glory of modern farming they will never be gone.

      Maybe the aliens you're waiting for are more intelligent than you are and you'll be eaten :)
