Is US Citizen Elon Musk in violation of a law by having this contact?
- pestatije 2y agohe could be sanctioned...lets say those contacts brought financial gains for him or his inner circle, hed be in the hook
- MrHamburger 2y agoHe almost certainly has a security clearance, that could be stripped from him and then either he would be forced to leave leading position in SpaceX or SpaceX would be barred from government contracts which needs security clearance.
