Where does one buy cells, apart from ebay?
- postcert 2y agoThere's actually a page on their site under resources for that: https://www.neotokyo.com/anime-cel-dealers-and-resources https://www.neotokyo.com/anime-cel-dealers-and-resources Yahoo Auctions is more popular over there and proxy services (I use Buyee) make it pretty simple bid/buy and not too much more expensive if you wait for their (Buyee) coupons.
