- tomrod 2y agoRecommend reviewing some the other comments with sources listed in this thread. Basically, they preemptively levied contempt charges before there was a chance to respond, and the statements were sourced.

- sneak 2y agoYou're right, they don't. This is voluntary censorship by the Wikimedia Foundation. They are free to continue publishing this article everywhere but India. Presumably they don't want India to ban all of Wikipedia, so they're playing ball.
