Agree on the simpler part. I don't see the point of these fancy door handles that require power to open. I'd much prefer a screenless dashboard with old fashioned analog display of parameters. And buttons and knobs. Cameras, though, are pretty cheap these days. > I also think it would make a lot more sense to have an auxiliary diesel heating system I think a heat pump (which some EVs have now) would be better especially if it could pump heat away from the engine and batteries.
