Say that is true, then to be consistent, why is the MSS (CN) and GRU (RU) not included? Are those countries not also trying to project power, and compromise every system possible?
- anthk 2y agoCIA will just tamper either hardware and/or core distros like Debian. They shouldn't need to do anymore because that could backfire like crazy against the US economies in case of a a zero day. On Russia and China, these are second-tier risks levels, easier to avoid.
