Why do you think it has to be narcissism when there are other valid reasons to write a blog post after leaving? OpenAI seems to always be in the public eye for one or the other reasons and after the CEO firing episode, any staff departure(including policy researchers) can/will be speculated in the media as a fallout with management if they remain silent. May be they just want to preempt any speculations.
