I've written a VBA macro triggered from the QAT, on a separate instance of Excel, which logs all Active Window changes. Useful for reviewing productivity/inactivity, and schedule better frequency of breaks. Shocking how many active windows when working hard / mental load is on the limit often. Coded to record lock screen time for lunch and breaks, and gives a cumulative time saving total for macro firings during the day. Called "Macro L".
