Some Jira approaches:
Prepend bracket "tags" like [PRD] to stories. This acts as an adhoc encoding mechanism.
Clone the same story each sprint, and close the previous one. This story collects related stories like "All my [tag] stories." This represents continuing work that can be surveyed at a glance, and resets age.
Spawn a separate story prepended with "[Test]" for folks to test and close, while the main story tracks all associated pull requests. Link them with "created by" or "created."
Learn JQL, especially temporal stuff like last updated, the ~ operator, and creating new views. No need to delete stories if you can provide the desired view on the data.
No site installation is the same, so treat this as a way to stay organized with just the builtin primitives: stories, links, and text.
