- Lord-Jobo 2y agoOne disproportionately effects black voters, with an (arbitrary guess) 80% effectiveness rate. One disproportionately effects black voters with a (https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/impact-voter-suppression-communities-color https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/impa...) ~10% effectiveness Just because one is working better then the other doesn't mean they are any different in their purpose
