Related, I have loved using toxiproxy for testing latency with my services. Tools like this are great for uncovering subtle bugs and helping to learn more about how various transports / protocols handle things. I imagine this could be a network extension in macOS for example, so that it can be applied to the full system without configuration. Thanks for the link, it’s very interesting!
