For me, I talk to my children all the time, so they know the standards I expect and I know if something's bothering them. If they do want to look at something I disapprove of, they can and will, so I don't try to stop them directly - as that will just make them do it in secret and never tell me if they find something that really upsets them. However, I don't think this kind of legislation is aimed at that kind of parenting.
