    Hell, his wife was an illegal immigrant before he married her, considering that she worked as a model while on a tourist visa. And that's ignoring the obvious lack of "extraordinary ability" underlying her eventual "Einstein visa". Everyone just pretends that ultimately ending up with a valid visa or getting married somehow negates pass immigration crimes.
