Never give free ideas away during an interview.
- bruce511 2y agoSure you can. Ideas are free. Most are bad, some are good. Offering ideas improves your upside while having no downside. It costs you nothing to offer them, and you lose nothing if not hired. Of course the wrong ideas may harm your chances of getting hired. I'm always wary of youngsters who think 'we're doing it all wrong and they'd change everything '.
