To clarify: I went at least one month at 3mg daily. Maybe longer. I had already decided to change before learning about the heart valve research. As I mentioned in the flagged post: I think that lower doses are uncomfortable for the most part. I played around with everything, for the novelty, including walking around downtown munching them out of the bag like a snack. Taxi! But now I prefer to go "all the way", in bed, with eyes covered.
