I would add: - find something you can be passionate about. Something which challenges you. It must not bring you fun but satisfaction. I know this can be hard finding such „something“. In the end you have to try a lot of difference thing. But even just trying out different things gives you experience. This is something you could also do together with your kids. - something you kind of already did: share your experience! You could share your journal, be it a blog or a video log. This might bring support/help from other who experience the same situation.
