- hluska 2y ago$100 is a good budget - you will have a lot of choice. For around $100 you could get a good quality octagon shaped wooden board with wooden discs and powder. Avoid plastic - it’s a totally different game and I don’t think it’s as much fun. If you go octagon, go 27” - you’ll find a lot of really cheap 21” boards but like plastic, it’s a different game and it’s less fun. Make sure that the bottom is padded - a lot of two in ones aren’t padded and you will scratch your table badly. Welcome to addiction. :)
