WooCommerce should become the steward, fork Wordpress, simplify it, and Wordpress should be their freemium offering. Wordpress is a funnel to WooCommerce.
- mpol 2y agoWooCommerce is owned by Automattic, so that won't happen. Owned as in, the trademark and the place in the plugin directory. Automattic bought it some years ago.
