I'm a relaying party and I don't require attestation. There are businesses and their employees trying to influence passkeys to push more towards their business models, because this does shut down a whole avenue of fraud and associated fraud fighting tools that are no longer needed, so there is a boatload of money out there trying to make passkeys worse. Comment on the spec and make your voice heard please.
