When people make claims like OpenAI has no moat, why would Microsoft need them and not just spin up their own LLM?
- minimaxir 2y agoMicrosoft has been publishing many LLMs (notably the Phi series), their work is orthogonal to what OpenAI is doing. There's no need to compete directly. Yet.
