I don't see how he's infringing on amazon's logo tbh. On cursory search I found that colgate and danone have the same smile stroke under their logo too.

- wyldfire 2y agoOkay, but those companies wouldn't be infringing because their goods/services wouldn't be confusingly similar with one another nor Amazon. Check out 15 USC § 1114 for details (e.g., for a suit in the USA).
