I do not agree, maybe if websites did their job ensuring that kids didn't have free access to websites that are engineered to keep your attention span for as long as possible. And still my idea is only for phones and other portable devices with easy internet access, since that's the hardest for society and parents to regulate the kids screen time and ensuring the kids don't have access to sites engineered to keep them on for as long as possible.
