What kind of lunatic would suggest an approach that evidence does not support as being effective? Lifestyle modification, at the population level, just doesn't work. GLP-1 agonists do.
- lurking_swe 2y agoso at the individual level, you wouldn’t encourage a patient to explore lifestyle interventions FIRST? That’s seems unethical to me. I agree that at the population level, this will be a game changer. As you say, the average person struggles with lifestyle adjustments.
