As you might expect, you don't see many homeless people in places without many homeless people. Which leads me to what I actually wanted to say. The article says this information was based on a YouGov survey. Clicking through to YouGov, it was an "opt-in Internet panel." So it seems like some of the head scratchers could be explained as "people who don't opt in to Internet panels" rather than "people who don't use the library."
