But technically it is volunteering.

- diggan 2y agoYeah, I understand what you mean. I guess I'd define "real job" as "Trade your time for my/our money", and if you're not getting paid (now or in the future), you're in one way or another "volunteering", no matter how stressful it is, what area the work involves, or the size of the thing you're contributing to.
