I agree with most of what you’ve said, but here: > Amazon/Bezos has strong experience in managing by metrics, so it's a shame OpenAI has committed itself to Azure/Microsoft. If they are a customer/investor, as opposed to an internal leadership team, it seems preferable to have someone with comparable resources who is more permissive/hands-off.
