One astounding thing I realized the other day - if you made $10,000 an hour continuously since the year 0, you still would be about 70 billion dollars off of Elon's estimated wealth. That said, I don't think people like Elon are actually worth 250 billion or whatever the estimate is, but at that level of wealth, it almost doesn't even matter.
