I am going to disclose my own bias here: I tend to look for multicultural teams and somewhat evenly distributed. As an African so far I have worked and learnt a lot from a Brazilian-Japanese, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Dutch, Belgian, Israeli, Russian, English, Indian, Pakistani, German, Argentinian, and a Polish. Some of which I have the pleasure to call friend.
