You are oversimplifying it: NBA - Physical attributes do matter a lot. NBAs management, team owners, coaches tend to be non-Black. Nobel prize - Perhaps because a good chunk of Jews tend to be into academia and research life. I cannot comment on sales/marketing/real estate in US as I don’t live there but I’d like to believe that isn’t an active effort to keep non-whites out of these areas. All of those things are completely different from being actively left out of meetings just because you aren’t an Indian.
