Why are some functions addressable in C++ and others not? Seems like a pointless design oversight.
- bialpio 2y agoFootnote in the article provides the following explanation: "The standard imposes this limitation because the implementation may need to add default function parameters, template default parameters, or overloads in order to accomplish the various requirements of the standard."
