- dragontamer 2y agoUS courts act on a 'When court cases come in' basis. They don't apply consistently or across the board like a Police Department or FBI. But this suggests that if you sue Apple over this same issue, you have more legal standing to stand upon. The court system overwhelmingly prefers consistency.
