with fingerprint unlock, my phone is ready by the time it's out of my pocket. No touch id, no buy. It's a more obviously useful feature than magsafe or an SD card reader, two things they also bet their business on killing and had to backpeddle on.
- taylodl 2y agoApple needs to be able to recognize when they have a good product that resonates with their customers. I have a 2nd gen IPhone SE and love it. All I want to do is add more storage. Thinking it may be time to get a 3rd gen with more storage? That should do me for another five years! Maybe by then Apple will have figured out that there's a cadre of us who prefer small phones, adequate cameras, and overall simplicity.
